When I reached your clinic, I had an urgency to urinate. Your staff guided me to a toilet on the back side which was locked. I came back and asked for keys and she had no idea about the key of toilet. Her face clearly showed that she was helpless and I asked her to relax. I resisted myself and was able to urinate only when I came back home. There must be toilet for patients & attendants and the staffs should know the whereabouts of key. Plz take it as a feedback and not as a complaint. I regard u as the best orthodontist in the town for my daughter and so I felt like giving this feedback. 🙏🙏🙏
