Doctors have a good hand in their work, but staffs don't follow COVID protocols. Staffs are assisting doctors, they should know that wearing masks is mandatory, but doctors' assistants were not covering their nose with the mask. I saw this all 4 times whenever I visited the clinic. Moreover, when the patient is getting their treatment done, they cant cover their nose or mouth with the mask, the assistant should be using 2 masks along with face shields. Due to the negligence of the assistant, I am withdrawing my treatment from the clinic. This is huge negligence. I hope you will look into this matter

I had a broken tooth which had turned dark due to a sports injury. Dr. Alok Shah explained the treatment plan & recommended a root canal treatment for the same.
