Felt very safe in COVID time as Dr is taking all the precautions. Secondly her hand is so good that I did not need to take any pain killers after my root canal. Glad that I chose her for my extensive treatment as I know I am in safe hands.

Signature Smiles never ceases to live up to my expectations.. Dr.Saba, Dr.Manoj, Mr.Sachin, Ms.Moushmi are some of the sweetest, most gentle, truly empathetic people I've met. They take time to answer, care for and even check up on you. They ensure professionalism in their duties of maintaining hygiene and on-time attendance. But so importantly, they exude that humane touch, often found lacking when work places become robotic. Thank you.. Signature Smiles.. Date of visit: February 11, 2020 Issues faced: 1. Pricing: Originally quoted Rs. 1800 for a cavity filling then offered 5% discount and finally settled at Rs. 1200.. This too seems to be overpriced. 2. No invoice provided: Despite repeated request no Tax Invoice was provided. Only a receipt was provided. 3. Name of the Doctor not revealed: Despite asking repeatedly, full name of the Doctor performing wasnt revealed. Only upon specifically asking name of the Doctor was provided. 4. X-Ray not provided: X-Rays taken during the treatment werent provided. On specific request it was told that it can be sent through an email. 5. No report card or treatment process given in writing for future reference: Unlike others, no written material was provided about the treatment done whatsoever. 6. General behaviour: Rude and arrogant.

I have been visiting the clinic for the past two months and today I have almost finished my treatment.The ambiance, the treatment by Doctor Saba Rasool is very good.The best thing about her is that when she takes your treatment in her hands, she gives her total attention , time and focus on you which gives the patient courage and faith in the doctor. She is very sbly supported by her assistant Sachin. Even the staff treats you very well.

For the past few months I am visiting the clinic and the last few sittings have been a nightmare. I have been to the clinic more than 4-5 times to get my implants done. None of these visits have been successful because the the implants in the clinic are of incorrect size. This has happened more than 3-4 times and is causing extreme inconvenience. This is most unprofessional service I have ever come across. I have been once again told that the implants have not come of the correct size and waste my time and money making a visit to the clinic. This is causing me inconvenience, harassment and unable for me to carry on my daily routine. I will be making a last visit to clinic and if the implants are of incorrect size I want a full refund.

Keep a TV so the patient can watch it and shift the attention from the surgical...strike.😊 Sweet smiling front office girl reduced anxiety.

Hello i have been visiting the clinic for almost a week now, i must say that this is one of the best dental clinics i have ever experienced. Right from the staff to take an appoinment to have a reminder, to the call, payment sevices, track record, and to top it all the most imp aspect the doctor. I am highly impressed with Dr.Saba Rasool she is extremely good at her wrk very knowledgeable kind patient and emphatetic. Her hand is v skilled and light. She shares complete details and really helps in time to save your teeth. I would give all the credit to her to make my dental experience from bitter to sweet. Cheers!!
